- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Waiting room looks like someone threw 10 chairs and left them where ever they landed. When I finally got the chance to sign in and speak with the woman behind the counter she insisted I stand at the window with her as I filled it out. She wanted me to whisper my personal information to her. I was asked to write my emergency contact in a sticky note. To top it off the first piece of paper work they hand me (I was a new patient) was a survey about my appointment. I hadnt even been there ten minutes let alone seen a doctor or nurse. I asks to get my ID and Insurance back and ask for my appointment to be canceled.October 30, 2017by Allison Scanlon
